Well Happy 2020 to everyone, I am back again sharing a wonderful side dish recipe that can go with just about any dish from meat to fish. Sweet Potato is a healthier alternative to regular potatoes as they are packed with fibre and are a rich source of minerals which include calcium and iron. This recipe is quick and easy to make as long as your fine with getting your hands a bit dirty. Get yourself out a large bowl to mix the potatoes with all the ingredients that are being used and you will also need a large baking sheet to lay out all the potatoes so that they are evenly cooked. They key ingredients to this recipe along with the sweet potatoes are honey and cinnamon, these two additional ingredients will give the dish a sweet, smokey and savoury taste, so make sure you do not omit them from the recipe.

Sweet and Savoury Sweet Potatoes
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 35 minutes Servings: 4
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into small pieces
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder

1- Preheat oven to 400F.
2- In a large bowl add diced sweet potatoes, followed by all other ingredients.
3- Mix well with hands to coat well.
4- Spread potatoes on a large baking sheet and place in oven to cook for 35 minutes.
