Kimchi Stew aka Kimchi Jjigae is one of the most common stews in Korean cuisine. It’s hearty, warm, and comforting to eat this anytime any day.
1 large Onion
1/2 can Luncheon Meat
1/2 pkt Korean Fish Cake
8pcs Crab Stick
1 small block Tofu
1 slice Cheese
Rilakkuma Fish Cake
150g Sweet Sauce
1 tbsp Gochujang
Some Salt/ Soy Sauce, add to taste
Hot Water (and some kimchi juice)
Note： This recipe is customized for my boy, it’s kid-friendly and mildly spicy. If you like traditional kimchi stew, do adjust the seasonings accordingly.

1. Pan fry luncheon meat, set aside. Saute onion and kimchi, add seasoning and water, bring to a boil, and simmer for a few minutes.
