Ingredients to make Chicken Pie Stuffing:

  • Chicken Boneless (finely chopped): 400 gm
  • Onion medium size (finely chopped): 1
  • Vinegar: 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce: 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Sauce: 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
  • White Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
  • Crushed Red Chili: ¾ tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp


  1. Add all the ingredients with chicken and mix together.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté a little.
  3. Add the (marinated) chicken and cook till color changes.
  4. Add some crushed red chili and cook for few minutes.
  5. Add half cup water, cover and cook for 15 min.
  6. When the water dries turn off flame and let it cool down.

 Ingredients to make Chicken Pie:

  •  Prepared chicken stuffing
  • Samosa wraps (50 strips or as required)
  • Cottage Cheese (crumbled): 150 gm
  • Breadcrumbs: ¾ cup or as required
  • Eggs: 2 or 3
  • Milk: ¼ cup
  • Salt: pinch
  • Black Pepper: pinch
  • Oil for Frying: as required


  1. Cover samosa strips with a cloth to avoid it from drying.
  2. Beat Eggs, add milk, salt & pepper and make egg wash.
  3. Place samosa strip and apply egg wash then cover with the second strip over it. Repeat with other 2 strips.
  4. Apply egg wash on the center of first strip and place the cross wise.
  5. Place 2 tbsp of chicken stuffing and cheese crumble in the center.
  6. Fold one-by-one applying egg wash and seal the pastry.
  7. Coat with egg wash and bread crumbs. Make all the patties in the same way.
  8. Makes up to a dozen patties. Can be stored in freezer for several weeks.
  9. Fry the patties till golden brown and serve.

Tip#1: By applying some egg wash between the strips, the snacks cook efficiently, absorb less oil, remain crisp on the outside and the filling inside stays in place.

Tip#2: Cooking Oil for frying should not be too hot.

Tip#3: If the chicken stuffing is too saucy, snacks will become soggy after frying.
