  • 1 lb bag frozen cauliflower rice (A time saver for this recipe is using frozen cauliflower rice. You can always make your own, if you’d like)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning (I used mild seasoning, so my kids could handle it)
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil (or preferred)
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, jalapenos, cilantro, hot sauce, etc
  • 8-10 small tortillas (preferred type- I used almond four tortillas)

HOW DO I MAKE CAULIFLOWER RICE TACOS?

STEP 1: Begin to heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

STEP 2: Add cauliflower rice to the skillet and continue to sauté until rice is no longer frozen.
