What ingredients do I need?

I always believe that simple ingredients + simple cooking = AMAZING results.

  • 3-4 salmon filet
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (gluten free if needed)
  • 4-5 strips of bacon – crumbled
  • 2 green onions – chopped
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional garnish: fresh lemon, fresh parsley

How do I make Bacon Crusted Salmon?

My Bacon Crusted Salmon is flavorful, flaky and delicious! It’s restaurant-quality, but incredibly simple to make at home.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, bacon, green onions and garlic powder. Add olive oil and stir until everything is well combined.

Step 3: Place salmon on a large baking sheet. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture top of each filet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and the top is a golden brown.

Step 4: Carefully remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
